Note: Operating out of Pacific Community Church Kitchen Delivery: Tacos wrapped in foil & paper then bagged. -Stored in insulated bag or in cambio. -Cleaned & sanitized daily/as needed. -Delivery range max 5km (7-8 min drive) Dry storage area - good sanitation (Storage Unit #1). No pest activity observed at time of inspection. Sanitizer at 200ppm at time of inspection. Cold storage/domestic refrigerator: cooler at 4C; freezer at -18. Shared utensils available, all sanitized in facility's high temp dishwasher.
