Corrective Action(s): All foods moved to walk-in cooler at the time of inspection. Repair cooler so that it is able to achieve and maintain 4C/40F.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoop stored in water.
Corrective Action(s): In-use utensils must be stored in ice water (4C or below), hot water (60C and above) or in a clean dry container. The utensil and the container must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours.

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- repair paper towel dispenser
- good temperature control observed (thermometers and water baths used to cool foods)
- sanitizer measured 100ppm in bucket and in sanitize compartment of three compartment sink
- no expired foods upon random audit
- continue to follow all recommendations of pest technician
- forward a copy of your FOODSAFE certificate to the undersigned
