Observation: Back door screen door in use however hinge side of door has gap between screen and door frame large enough to allow pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure gap between screen door and door frame is blocked to prevent possible pest entry into facility.

- Wiping rags were in 100 ppm chlorine solution
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 72 C at plate
- Hand sinks and washroom supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection .
-Food is protected from contamination - stored off the ground and covered
-General sanitation satisfactory - very good at back dry storage areas
