Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. All freezer units were at -18C or below. All food stored protected and off the floor. Hot hold units were holding food above 60C. QUAT sanitizer spray bottles and container were all noted with 200 PPM QUAT. 200 PPM QUAT also detected on the wall mounted dispenser. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. General cleanliness and organization excellent. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
