Bleach sanitizer bottle concentration registered at 200 ppm
Reminder: Ensure that buckets containing bleach sanitizer solution and wiping cloth is replenished such that bleach concentration is between 100 - 200 ppm. Use test strips to verify concentration
High temperature dish washer is use for mechanical ware washing
Temperature registered at 74.9 degree C at plate surface during final rinse cycle
Dry storage is organized and food is stored above the ground
Hand washing station available and supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
Ice machine is satisfactory condition and scoop stored outside of unit
Stir scoops stored in water with internal temperature of 63C. Staff indicated water changed every 15 minutes. Discussed alternative with staff.
Temperature logs maintained and available for review for cooler
Fraser Health permit posted & Foodsafe Level 1 requirement met at time of inspection.
