Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member washed hands and dried hands on a reusable cloth towel.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hands are dried with a single use towel to prevent potential cross contamination. Reviewed proper hand hygiene with staff member.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was too strong. Test strip bleached out.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach sanitizer is maintained between 100ppm to 200ppm. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm may be toxic for human health. To prepare 200ppm bleach, add 1/2 teaspoon bleach per litre of water. Bleach was diluted to 200ppm at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods properly stored off the ground and scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-Manual cutter was found to be in good condition. Equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
-Minor evidence of rodent droppings in the facility. Improvements observed since the previous inspection. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 27, 2023.
