Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer readily made. Owner demonstrated how bleach sanitizer is made and informed that 50ppm is required for food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): 100ppm bleach sanitizer must be made for food contact surfaces and should be made readily available for staffs to use. Obtain test strips as discussed.

Observation: A couple of crates stacked had the most bottom crate filled with bread.
Corrective Action(s): Leave the most bottom crate empty so that food is stored 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: Some mice droppings noted around office area in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove droppings, clean and sanitize the floor to monitor for pest activity.

Observation: Screen door has two holes on the bottom.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair or replace the screen door so it is intact and can keep pest out.
