Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-BAVQCR of Apr-03-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Multiple wiping cloths in use without sanitizer solution available. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Comments

Wiping cloths stored in 100 ppm sanitizer reservoirs throughout premise. Ensure sanitizer is refreshed frequently to maintain residual. Required cleaning has been completed. Ensure premise cleaning is conducted regularly to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Front handsink has been repaired, faucet has been re-secured.
