- 100ppm chlorine detected in sanitizer spray bottle
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface

- Temperature log for the walk-in cooler is in use
- General sanitation is good but ensure to sweep under the grills during deep clean
- FOODSAFE certified staff present
