Routine Inspection Hand sink fully stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Freezers range from -10 C to -18 C. Surface sanitizer available - discussed with staff how to make a bleach solution of 100-200 ppm - use only 1/2 tsp unscented bleach per litre of warm water. 3 compartment sink available for dishwashing. General sanitation satisfactory. Change water for scoops frequently. Dipper well was not in use at the time of inspection - ensure it is used during your busy times.
