Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bottle of wine insert in ice of the bar ice-bin.
Corrective Action(s): Do not insert anything in ice, which intended to be for human consumption.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar area: Labeled as Quat surface sanitizer 2 spray bottles with unknown yellow liquid. The operator on site claimed that it is a sanitizer. If it is a sanitizer provide MSDS and procedures how you verify concentration or active ingredient; and it must be food grade.
Corrective Action(s): All chemicals or cleaning agents must be stored in the original containers or properly labeled.
The unknown liquid has been changed for Quat sanitizer at the time of inspection.

General sanitation - good.
Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
Cooler beside hot held gravy sauces near kitchen entrance: 3.6C.
Prep cooler across stove (beside handsink) was at 3.0C.
3 prep coolers across stove all at 4C or less.
Cooler drawers underneath cooking line were all at 4 deg C or less.
Walk in cooler at 2.7C.
Alcohol walk in cooler: 2.4C.
Walk in freezer - satisfactory.
Upright freezer by prep area - satisfactory.
Hot held foods are all above 60C.
Dishwasher at 72C.
Storage - organized. Food stored safely at the time of inspection.
Ice-machine- clean. Scoops stored safely at the time of inspection.
Glass-washer machine at 12.5 ppm (Iodine).
Test strips - available.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Staff washroom - clean; hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
