Introduction
All care categories were inspected during an unscheduled routine inspection to assess compliance w/:
• the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA)
• the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR)
• relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practices (DLSP)

Previous Inspection -
Contraventions observed on FIR #CGEE-C5JM2D have been corrected.
Current Inspection -
Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.
Observed Violations
LICENSING: 10070 - CCLR s.11(4) - A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate, or a copy of the certificate, of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
Observation: 2 employees' certificates were not posted.
Corrective Action(s): All employed ECE's & ECEA's certificates must be posted.

FHA observed 1 violation today, in which corrective action includes displaying all employed ECE's & ECEA's certificates.
FHA discussed key points from BCCDC's "Public Health Guidance for Child Care Settings" (

).
The inspection was reviewed w/ the licensee; however, this FIR & the facility risk assessment tool were completed @ the Burnaby Health Protection office to the licensee on 31/May/2022.
