Observation: 1. Found meat slicer to have grease and food debris accumulating in harder areas to clean.
2. Ice machine has a build up of mildew on inside and sticky syrup like substance on lip
Correction: 1. Meat slicer must be washed and sanitized before using to removal all food debris and grease build up. Fully break down the unit after each use to properly remove all food and grease when washing and sanitizing.
2. Ice machine needs to be washed and sanitized inside and out to remove all mildew and sticky substances.
