Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed large bins of deep fried meat & noodles out at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): It is okay to take out food for lunch rush, however you must ensure that it is a small portion and the food does not stay out of the cooler for longer than 2 hours.

Only take out a small portion of food that will last roughly 30mins - 1 hour, rest of the bin is to stay in the cooler at 4C.
