* Facility is taken over by new management since November

- Handsinks in kitchen are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers - prep coolers, under counter cooler and glass cooler - are less than 4C
- Freezers are less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution is available, measured at 200ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm bleach solution during final rinse cycle
- Foodsafe certification verified at the time of inspection
- No evidence of pest activity
- General sanitation is satisfactory
