Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AKAO-CHEUBB of Aug-18-2022 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Temperature of hot water at the double sink registered max of 38 C after running for 5 minutes. Correction: Adjust or repair as needed to ensure the hot water temperature at the double wash sink is at least 45 degrees C. ( immediately).

Follow-up to inspection AKAO-CHEUBB regarding hot-water temperature. Hot-water in 3-compartment sink now measures 45.0 degrees C or greater. Hot-water and cold-water cross connections are present within the premise. Ensure cold-water taps are not running if hot-water temperature does not meet 45.0 degrees C.
