Observation: 1- Walk-in freezer's door does not close properly. A gap observed between the door sill and the frame. Ice observed to accumulate at the door stance. Ambient Air Temperature measured at -8C. Food was frozen to touch.

2- Liquid soap pump at one hand washing station observed to be broken and not dispensing liquid soap. There are two other stations available that should be utilized for hand washing.
Corrective Action(s): 1- Repair the door seal or fill up the gap so that freezer could maintain food temperature at or below -18C. Clean ice build up by the door inside the unit. Ensure the door closes properly.

2- Repair, replace or provide liquid soap at the hand washing station. Ensure staff hand wash using other stations.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing station are provided with liquid soap and paper towels. ( Also See violation notes above)
- Coolers are at or below 4C. Walk in cooler measured at 3C. Temperature monitoring log maintained.
- Hot holding unit measured at or above 60C.
- Cleaning and sanitizing cutting boards discussed. QUAT sanitizer is available at 200-400 ppm concentration in sani buckets. Wiping cloths stored in the solution.
- 3- Compartment dish ware washing maintained. Dish racks are organized and kept clean.
- No sign of pest activity observed at this date.
