- Hot held curry observed at 55C.
Corrective Action(s):
- Curry was instructed to be reheated again. Ensure all hot held products are cooked/reheated to 74C or above before placing them in the warmer.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezers ranged from -9C to -15C.
- 2 freezers in the parkade storage - measured at -18C or below.
- Hot held food items (except curry *note violation coded above) measured at 60C or above.
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 41.5C and final rinse water measured 100ppm chlorine.
- Bleach sanitizer in buckets measured at 200ppm.
- Overall sanitation maintained. No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection- glue traps observed with no catch.

*Recommend installing light at the cook top ventilation unit. (Operator stated the electrical line has been severed)
