-Good improvement noted- current owner is still involved in operation. -Ceiling panels are fixed -Hand washing sink is installed - Organization is improved , junks are removed ** a large bucket will be used as a sanitize sink while the 3 compartment sink will be issued. ** Discussed food safety plan and sanitation plan to the new owner- a package information will be sent to the operator , FSP and SP still outstanding ** Ensure to keep the back door closed to prevent rodent entry ** continue with pest control and monitoring Please submit the missing information and schedule the inspection re: change of ownership
