Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bowl of basil leaf stored in cold tap water. Operator added ice to the bowl at this time. Please keep visible ice in a bowl of basil and bean sprout whenever it is stored in non-refrigerated setting.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is excellent.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 72C at the plate level.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
General food storage practice is adequate.
