Repair papertowel dispenser.

Pastry hot holding display case 71 C All wiping rags in use observed stored in containers of dilute bleach sanitizer solution, both 100 ppm chlorine. Display cooler 4 C Handsink adjacent to sandwich prep cooler - papertowel dispenser repaired and functioning normally. Premise cleaning completed. Premise sanitation has been restored. Ensure daily cleaning is conducted to maintain sanitation in a consistent manner to discourage pest activity. Wire mesh installed in front service area cabinets to better pest proof locations.
