- a box of drain cleaner located in a lower unsecured cupboard in the children's washroom and
- a container of disinfectant wipes located on back of the toilet, a bottle each of bleach and Lysol in a lower unsecured cupboard in the adult washroom.
The Manager said there were some plumbing issues in the children's washroom so staff have been using the washroom designated for the staff/adults.
Corrective Action(s): The children have access to both washrooms therefore the Licensee must ensure that all areas are free of hazardous materials.
