Routine inspection conducted with the presence of district manager. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Staff has good personal hygiene. - 2 Hand sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. - Walk-in-cooler, pizza prep cooler, and drinks cooler were at or below 4 degrees C. - 2 hot holding units (ready to pick up pizza, chicken) both at or above 60 degrees C. - Chest freezer temperature was satisfactory. - 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer in use in two buckets and third compartment sink. - No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection. Note: Can opener and its holder required a routine cleaning.
