Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop found inside the ice machine and ice scoop at the front counter not stored properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ice scoops washed and sanitized and placed in proper storage containers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink beside the front entrance to the back was clogged up.
Corrective Action(s): Maintenance was on-site at time of inspection fixing the the clogged sink.

Comments

All hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) in buckets measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in coolers registered at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer registered at -20 deg C.
Dry storage area was organized all food and food-related items stored off the floor.
High temp. dishwasher reached 72 deg C at plate surface.
Hot holding for hash browns etc. (back kitchen) was at 60 deg C.
Front service area:
Line cooler and sandwich cooler registered at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups was above 70 deg C and for meats/eggs,etc. was at or above 60 deg C.
Tablet for recording temperatures was available and up to date.
No pests noted during inspection. Pest control monitoring in place.
Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
Public and staff washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
