Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. No evidence of pests, pest control reports kept on site. The kitchen dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. The bar glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The ice machine is cleaned weekly. General sanitation was satisfactory.
