Premise is very clean & organized. Hand sinks are stocked & working. Fridges are under 4C. No sign of pests. Prepared sanitizer 200ppm bleach. dishwasher reached 74.4c at plate level. COVID19 requirements discussed -seating at least 2m apart (tables) -high booths ok to seat next to each other. -extra hand washing -frequent sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces.
