Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -21C; hot holding units above 60C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present for sanitizing. No solution mixed-up at time of inspection.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 74.7C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer. Peel off the protective plastic on the side of the dishwasher as it's not cleanable.
- Secondary cook step being done to donair meats using a frying pan. Reheating of leftover donair meats done in the microwave.
- General sanitation level has improved. All surfaces are clean, durable, and sealed. Exhaust filters are clean on the self-enclosed deep fryer.
- No signs of pests.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on platforms, shelves, or racks.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.
