Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - Food Storage: Ensure ALL food items are stored in covered (PROPER FITTING LIDS), food grade containers. Double stacking of storage containers when "saran wrap" is being used as a cover is NOT permitted! Increased effort required. - Sanitation: Cleaning noted. Ensure routine cleaning of all "hard to reach" areas. (ie: below/under equipment, etc) - Temperature Gauges have been ordered. Securely fasten inside all refrigeration units - easily to view. Monitor daily. Structurally/equipment: Ensure efforts are made to keep all surfaces/equipment in good repair! Thank you.
