Corrective Action(s): There should be NO mouse activity nor any droppings observed in the restaurant

Increase pest control services to twice a month and email me the reports -if mouse activity is not abated with these new measures you will need to be closed

Observation: -Area under risers and racking in hot water tank storage area is not being cleaned regularly -debris and droppings observed there
NOTE: this is a REPEAT infraction from the last routine inspection -continued citations here will require ticketing

-Area under risers in narrow hallway next to chest freezers is not being cleaned regularly -debris and droppings observed there

-Mop sink and laundry area has droppings and goods all over the floor making it difficult to clean and monitor for pests

-2-compartment dishwash sink faucets leaking
Corrective Action(s): -Remove all the risers in hot water tank storage area -you may place a multi-level roller shelf unit there instead -the lowest level must be >15cm off the ground

-Remove all the risers in the narrow hallway -do not store any goods on the floor there -walkway only

-Remove all the risers in the mop sink area -place a multi-level shelf there with the lowest level >15cm off the ground -do not place any goods on the floor there store on the shelves

-Repair leaks at faucets

-The office room -one side of upper shelves occupied by personal effects
Corrective Action(s): Remove all personal effects not in regular use.

Concentrate ALL personal effects either in the mop sink shelving area or the office room. Remove ALL personal effects from the narrow hallway to accomodate the foods and ware as intended for when opening
