Corrective Action(s): Clean under the dish pit and ensure that the grease trap is emptied and does not have any leaks. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Outstanding from last inspection: the hot water handle is not working on the left hand sink (the first sink that can be seend fron the front door.
