Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Sep 27, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5227Q).

- Rodent droppings are still present in area behind beverage cooler and "Stoelting" Ice Cream Machine (not in use). Pull out beverage cooler and ice machine, and thoroughly disinfect area with a 1:10 dilution of bleach (1 parts bleach, 9 parts water). Allow droppings to soak for approximately 20 minutes before wiping away.
- Follow-up inspection will occur to ensure that this is done
- Rodent droppings behind domestic cooler have been removed. No presence of new rodent activity in mechanical traps

Continue to monitor for any new rodent activity, contact your professional pest control company immediately if any new activity is observed.

NOTE: Fire department has ordered staff to discontinue use of deep fryer (see notes under T-Fal deep fryer from previous report).
