Dishwashing (mechanical) reaches 124F rinse temp and 50 ppm chlorine detected in the final rinse water. General sanitation is satisfactory. Sanitizer solution quat @200ppm Hand washing sinks are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Staff hand washing observed during inspection. Health Permit is posted in front. No sign of pests observed in the premises.
