Comments

Hand sink clear of obstruction at time of inspection. Good Second hot holding unit / electrical outlet repaired and in operation. Good Utensils at 3 compartment sink are getting hooked onto dish drying rack. This is a good alternative to wedging them behind the pipe. Thermometer has allegedly been replaced in back milk dispenser, however was found (again?) broken. Please use a more durable type of thermometer, and/or have some spares for when they are dropped/ broken. Note: inspection report from Jan 9 reprinted due to EHO error.
