Ceiling light in the kitchen has been changed. Small ladle obtained to dispense bulk flour. Floor cleaning behind chest freezers has been completed. Exhaust hood has been professionally serviced. Frozen fish are stored in food grade bags then placed inside freezers. Note: owner has registered Foodsafe but has technical issue to complete the registration. Foodsafe has been contacted to resolve this; they will contact owner or Health Unit directly.
