Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Staff demonstrated improper washing techniques. No sanitizing step for washing of dishes - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION

Corrective Action(s): 1) All dishes are to be WASHED-RINSED-SANITIZED-AIR DRY after each use. Use 1 tbsp bleach for 1 gallon of water. Ensure that sink is sanitized prior to use and raw meat preparation does occur in sink.

2) Sanitizer solution is to me made DAILY. One bucket in the front and one bucket in the back. Each must have 1 tbsp bleach for 1 gallon water and all food prep surfaces must be sanitized prior to use.

Observation: Rodent droppings found in kitchen. Behind ice machine and in floor panel beneath pop dispensing unit at front area. Three traps checked for rodents - none found.

Corrective Action(s): The following actions must be completed:
- Clean and sanitize all rodent droppings with 100ppm Chlorine bleach solution (1 tbsp bleach for 1 gallon water)
- Seal all holes in area under pop dispensing unit
- Ensure all items area stored up off the floor minimum 6 inches/15 cm
- CLEAN - remove all bits of food from floors and surfaces
- Increase pest control inspections - the facility was last serviced two months ago

- Clean inside all utensil containers
- Anywhere that food has built up - CLEAN
