High temp. dishwasher reached 74.5 deg C at plate surface.
Upright freezer was at -18 deg C. Upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Food and food-related items stored on shelves (off the floor).
Pest control was in place. No signs of any pests noted at time of visit.
Front service hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Display cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Dining area requires some sweeping but otherwise clean.
