Routine inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available in spray bottles for sanitizing food surfaces; 2 compartment sink available
- Low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 50ppm at plate surface
- Chest freezers were -18C or lower
- Coolers were 4C or lower
- Preparation table was 4C or lower
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower; Walk in freezer inside walk in cooler not in service/use - used at storage
- Rice hot holding was at 60C or higher
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
