June 16 and July 17 - the facility is closed on Tuesdays and daily, between 2:30 to 4:30.

Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with bleach, chlorine, and it was measured at 100ppm at tje final rinse.
Screen doors are available at the back area and protect the facility from the flies
Cutting boards are plastic, and washable surfaces
Sushi area - bleach used and available in spray bottle
Hand wash station good equipped
