Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
3-compartment sink was setup and in-use. Concentration of quats in the sanitizing sink was at 200ppm.
Quats test strips available.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
Internal temperature of beef patties, chicken strips, and fish products in the hot holding units were at least 60C internally.
Temperature of dairy product in the ice cream hopper was at 2C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Wiping rags in food preparation area were stored in sanitizing solution and concentration was at 200ppm.
Walk-in cooler at 4C.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Temperature logs maintained for cold, hot, and cooking products.
