Ladle and handle stored directly on top of sugar in bulk sugar bin.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove ladle from sugar bin. Ensure that any handles of scoops/ladles used for food products are not directly touching the food.

Comments

Kitchen:
- All hand washing stations in kitchen fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers = below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers = below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding = above 60 degrees Celsius.
- QUATS = 200 ppm. Several sanitizer bottles located throughout kitchen.
- High temperature dishwashers sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level.
- Ice machine clean.

Bar Area:
- All coolers = below 4 degrees Celsius.
- QUATS = 200 ppm.
- Glasswasher sanitizing with 12.5 ppm iodine at dish level.

Overall:
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Premises well lit.
- Operator informed that pest control had just been in to address a fly problem.
- No indication of rodent infestation at time of inspection.
