Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - 200ppm chlorine bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface or greater - Walk in, display stainless steel, and bar area cooler were 4C or lower - Walk in and stainless steel freezer were -18C or lower - Safe thawing measures were practiced; observed staff changing water in preparation sink - Ice machine in good condition; ice scoop stored in sanitary manner - Ventilation hood scheduled for routine cleaning for the following week - Food storage was adequate; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - No pest activity was noted during in the inspection; monthly inspections conducted - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
