* Recommended cleaning and servicing the prep cooler ( By Oct 5, 2018). Sliding door cooler below 4 C. Stainless steel preparation cooler below 4 C. Drinks cooler < 4 C. Upright freezers < -18 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bleach water sanitizer tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is good. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
