Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the coolers to ensure they can reach 4C or lower. Do not store food in coolers until reinspection. Contact health officer when repaired or replaced.

Observation: Facility was noted to have a build up of grease, dirt, and debris throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the facility to ensure the removal of grease, dirt and debris, especially focusing on the areas behind the cooking line, the dough machines, underneath shleving, and the area behind the chest freezer.

- Hand wash station had hot/cold water, liquid soap and access to paper towel *Ensure to have all paper towel dispensers in working condition*
- 200ppm chlorine available in sanitizer bucket *Ensure to routinely change the sanitizer solution when it becomes dirty or cloudy*
- Ice machine in good condition
- Walk-in cooler in the kitchen area was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer near dry storage was -18C or lower
- Chest freezer was -18C or lower
- Walk-in cooler near chest freezer was 4C or lower
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
