Checked: - Tattoo services room has warm water, liquid soap, and paper towels at hand sink. - Intermediate level disinfectant available (Expiry date - good). - Operator states still using disposable, pre-packaged sterile needles etc. and following infection control plan. Other items will be inspected during next scheduled appointment or when operator is available (no client). Notify Fraser Health if there are any changes. *Note: Dog should not be in tattoo room as discussed. Copy of this report will be emailed to operator.
