Observation: Few fruit/drain flies observed on back wall in front service area. Fly population has decreased since last inspection. Pest control company is scheduled to asses within the next week.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor fly population before and after the pest control company conducts an inspection. Have the fly traps changed frequently to prevent potential contamination of food. Keep the food premise in good sanitary condition to prevent breeding/harbouring of flies on site.

Observations:
- General sanitation of facility has improved
- Hand washing station at front service area upon entrance is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- QUATs sanitizer in pail (X1) at front service area measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Broken floor tile in front of the walk-in freezer has been replaced
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
