Observation: Main floor - floor tiles throughout premise have build-up of grease and food debris collecting between tiles.
Scattered mouse droppings observed in second floor storage areas, chemical and take-out container storage rooms.
Corrective Action(s): Floor is to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of grease and debris throughout premise.
After cleaning, areas impacted by pest activity are to be sanitized using dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine)
