Scattered mouse droppings observed in second floor storage areas, chemical and take-out container storage rooms. Corrective Action(s): Floor is to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of grease and debris throughout premise. After cleaning, areas impacted by pest activity are to be sanitized using dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Main floor - grout has been worn away between floor tiles allowing for build-up of debris.
