Dry food spill noticed underneath the dry storage shelves. Interior surfaces of the ice maker require cleaning. Corrective Action(s): Clean the fan unit and fan cover throughly to remove dirt build up. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice maker. Clean floor underneath the dry storage shelves (By November 26, 2017). Violation Score: 9

*The lid for the ice maker worn out. Consider replacing. *Refill liquid soap in the soap dispenser at the bar hand sink (Immediately). Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below Walk-in freezer at -20 C. Line cooler across from the grill maintained at 4 C or below Salad preparation cooler below 4 C. Drawer coolers underneath the grill < 4 C Hot holding of soups and gravies > 60 C. Ice cream freezer at -16 C. Bar coolers below 4 C. Quats sanitizer (D10) at the dispenser and in buckets tested 200 ppm. Dishwasher contained 50 ppm chlorine during final rinse. Hand wash stations in the kitchen supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is satisfactory.
