Coolers less than 4C, -18C Bleach used on site for sanitizing Food storage good, covered in walk in cooler and line cooler Hand sinks equipped with soap, ensure all paper towel dispensers are in working order Operator stated she had sent the Food Safety plan and Sanitation plan to EHO. Provided her my contact information and she will resend with added information the Food Safety and Sanitation plan to be filed into her file
