Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection: - Prep cooler maintained at 2C - Freezer at -14C - Cooler at 2C - Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - High temp mechanical dishwasher available for dishwashing & the temperature of 72C recorded at dish surface during rinse cycle. - Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available & the concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm. - Food products were stored 6" off the floor. - No evidence of pest activity observed during inspection.
