Observation: Manual dishwashing with 2 compartment sink- the process describe by the operator was in correct.
Correction: Set up for dishwashing is not proper. Follow the 4 steps of dishwashing 1. Wash 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize 4. Air dry

Pest control is hired, noted changes ( rodent catch all traps- light traps)- Report is not ready yet will be sent via email.
-Overall sanitation is improved

* Ensure to have bucket of bleach sanitizer at each food prep area ( away from foods) for surface sanitizing during operation
* Only bread, kebab and rice are being prepared.
* Ensure to maintain the sanitation by increasing cleaning schedule

Ensure to send a copy of pest control report and contract via email to the area inspector.
